This article examines what art educators can learn from contemporary artists who integrate AI into their practices. The authors, Dr. Ahran Koo & Borim Song, have spent three years of research on AI's role in education. Committed to incorporating contemporary art into the K–12 curriculum, they organized virtual workshops featuring artists using AI. Participants, including college students and K–16 art educators, shared their experiences and perspectives on AI in art education.
